Universe has this beautiful way of communicating with me and each of us. Yes! Arigato! And as Sri Ram Ka has said, “your level of consciousness is your veil”. This was and is a phrase I utilize quiet often throughout the lifting into trusting my life, especially as well, duh, I have, like most when you get right down to it, dream and/or have wished for a better past. (Go ahead, look without beating yourself up. Stigmas. Dogmas. Blame. Shame. Fussing. Fighting. The “I wants it now.” All of it from a 1000 foot view.) When you get to the truth that every-thing has been about you unknowingly re-creating past events with different players and situations, a different awareness bounces in like a Tigger! The best part about the bouncing in of any awareness IS YOU get to forgive, love, laugh, be embarrassed, be angry for a moment, be silly, of yourself more, PLUS be conscious of current choices.

I will admit right now! One of my biggest hang ups was denying I was living in the past; I honestly couldn’t see that. And then the worry, dread, since I’m being honest about it, of making mistakes. By George! I’m still here! And the Yoga of Self-Ascension is what has helped me along to relaxing enough to get out of my own way. How? Because even those tools, denial, worry, dread, fear (right/wrong, good/bad, pick your label so the brain relaxes) are tools for each to wake up and live a different “level” of consciousness.

Simply, this is one way of acknowledging the awarenesses I’ve experienced these fine and glorious mornings recently, um, in greater detail. The best part of all this has been all of the medicine bodies, in particular the physical and mental, waking up with energy unwound, containing vast quantities of humor, that has been enjoyably relaxing.
