No spiritual practices are wrong

That’s right, “no spiritual practices are wrong”, as I was reading an old article from a magazine picked up at the library reminding myself of this.

First. I caught what could have been the “casting of stones”. Judgments are brutal at any level of the daily spiritual journey that each of us is lives out daily.

Second. I have long been aware of a past life as a Buddhist. How? The cigarette smoking. For a long time, I kept asking the why and how is it possible that I am still smoking a cigarette after quitting for over two years.

As I read the article, I was made aware that a breathing technique used pertains to breathing in the bad and then releasing it with love.

Breathing is very power-filled. Without that one essential element, we literally do not exist. After six minutes, brain death occurs. And as you are well informed, going without food and water, while painful, can be sustained for a few days.

In this moment of awareness, I am grateful, ARIGATO!, for the Ave (inhale to the Divine) Sa (exhale love). Conscious breathing up through the nose and out the mouth with sound and a smile!

Do you know how long it took me to get that? I have had the giggles and “duh” moments musing at the innocence.

Keep being your amazing and awesomeness and cheerful/filled self.
